.Cookie Dough Fundraiser
Just in time for the holidays. Our cookie dough fundraiser kicks off on Monday, September 23rd.
There are two ways to order:
Information to order on-line was included in the brochure sent home.
You may use the brochure to order the items. When the items are totaled please send a check made out to Prospect Elementary in the envelope for the total.
The final day for the sale is
October 10, 2024.

Parent/Teacher Conferences
Details on Parent/Teacher Conferences
- Thursday, October 10,2024
- Early Dismissal at 2:05 P.M.
- Conferences are held between 2:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M.
- Dinner Break for Teachers will be 5:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.
- Conference Sign-up letters was sent home on Monday, September 29, 2024.
- Conferences in15 minute increments.
- If more time is needed for a conference, please schedule at another time.
- Please come prepared with questions and concerns.

Book Fair
The PTO sponsored Book Fair will take place the week of October 7th. On the back of the POW WOW are the dates and times each class will visit the Book Fair so if you want to send money with your child to purchase books you can send it on that day.
Family Engagement Night
THe Title Family Engagement Night is scheduled for October 22nd from 6:00 P.M. until; 7:30 P.M. at Prospect Elementary School. You need to register your family by October 1st. Information is on the Girard City Website or on the flyer sent home.
